Originally from Boston, Andy Levine has called Utah home since 1990. An avid skier, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast, he quickly discovered Park City was the ideal place to call home. Before joining Engel & Völkers Park City, Andy designed and managed the construction of more than 20 high-end custom homes throughout the Park City area providing him with a unique understanding of architecture, construction, design, and the nuances of exceptional homes. With more than $500 million in closed sales volume, Andy is widely recognized for representing luxury developments from concept through completion. Beyond real estate, Andy is a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant recipient and an Emmy-nominated documentary filmmaker. His work has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, and he has served on the boards of organizations dedicated to advancing human rights. A subject of his documentary was honored as CNN’s 2010 Hero of the Year reflecting Andy’s lifelong commitment to making a meaningful impact both within and beyond his profession.
